We loved staying here! Great location for walking to the major sight-seeing areas. Very friendly and helpful staff. They helped arrange reliable transportation to and from the airport. Delicious breakfast, and on days we left the hotel early they packed us food to take with us. Clean, quiet, spacious, comfortable, and cute rooms. We would definitely stay here again!
Great Location. Quick walk to the Vatican. Staff was very helpful, and accommodating to English speaking guests like us. Their free breakfast was like going to a special Cafe. Everything prepared fresh just for you.
Seems legit so far. Very nice reception. Nice location, close to metro or if you prefer walking you in the middle of everything, you just got to find the perfect path for you in order to cover most of the sights.
Beautiful room, there is no lobby but it's ok ..
So glad we stayed here during our visit to Rome in Sept 2022. The staff are so friendly, the breakfast is wonderful and the location is perfect. Walking distance from most of the landmarks and steps away from Vatican City. Highly recommend staying here
This hotel was perfect because it was walking distance from the Vatican. The front desk people are very nice. The first day I arrived they gave us a map and explained the main sites and where to go and which main streets to take for shopping and eating. The metro system is great in Rome I suggest you take it. The breakfast is amazing and fresh. The 2 nights I spent there with my family it was amazing
Great hotel. Stayed here in Summer 2023. Helpful staff, great location with walkability to metro stations and Vatican (I love staying in the Prati area). Very good AC for the hot summers!

In fact you will be given a super little, absolutely not renovated room (as they promised in the description) with old damaged furniture on the minus first floor with no windows, extremely high humidity in there and a terrible smell all around that will be coming from the water closet...
Ofc we asked them immediately why does our room look like this, but the reception lady started to smile slyly and say "I'm so sorry madam there is nothing to do". Then I asked her why can't they provide us OUR BOOKED room, so her answer was "there already live a family, they booked for 5 days, and you - for only one!
You left vou one little bottle of Prosecco (100ml) as a compensation (it actually costs 2€...)". Not even free breakfast, nothing! They just didn't want to do anything. All my next questions and words that lady took with that smile periodically laughing, rolling her eyes and saying "sorry madam, we are fully booked". I asked for a possibility to make a refund or talk to a manager, but she said that it's also impossible. PLUS they forced us to leave our EXTRA 100€ on the reception as a deposit if we damage something. And this place is called "luxury 4 stars hotel"?! The most terrible and disrespectful experience EVER!
Location is the best! It is 5min walk to Vatican museums and 7min walk to St. Peter Basilica. Breakfast was great!
